We've been making solar panels for many CubeSat missions (and larger spacecraft) for over 6 years now. Over the years, we have improved our processes to the point where we have extremely low attrition rates for solar cells and a minimum effort in assembly. What's more, our processes are based on traditional spacecraft solar panel techniques and materials that have been proven to work reliably over several decades.
